Where the Nghệ An plain meets the sea, the soil turns pale and sandy. Diễn Châu's coastal sandy-loam belt — barely 2 to 20 metres above sea level — is exactly the light, warm ground that groundnuts love, and it is where our white- and red-skin peanut kernels are grown.
Sand is the secret
Peanuts flower above ground but fruit below it: the pegs push down into the soil to form pods. Heavy soil traps and deforms them; Diễn Châu's loose sandy loam lets the pods develop full and even, which is why our kernels grade so consistently on the 50/60 and 60/70 counts buyers ask for.
From lifting to sorting
- Lifted whole and sun-dried on the field to lock in low moisture.
- Shelled and colour-sorted — white and red kept in separate lots.
- Screened for split, shrivelled, and off-colour kernels before packing.
Sourcing straight from Diễn Châu means fresh-crop kernels with no long stop in a middleman's warehouse — the difference between a peanut that smells sweet and one that smells stale.
The brand promise
Every bag traces back to a specific stretch of this coast, harvested in a season we can name.
