• Contact and business details you provide — name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, destination port, product interest, requested volume, and any message you send us.
• Correspondence — the content of RFQ forms, emails, and WhatsApp messages you exchange with our team.
• Trade documentation data — details needed to prepare a pro-forma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, and shipping documents once an order proceeds.
• Basic website data — a cookie that stores your chosen language, and aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.

2. How we use your information

We use the information to conduct our export business with you, specifically to:

• Respond to your quotation request and prepare a CIF/FOB quote or pro-forma invoice.
• Communicate about samples, specifications, certifications, shipping schedules, and payment.
• Prepare and process export documentation for a confirmed order.
• Follow up on active enquiries and provide customer support.
• Keep records required for accounting, customs, and legal compliance.

3. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to third parties for marketing. We do not send unsolicited bulk marketing. We contact you only in connection with the enquiry or order you initiated.

4. When we share information

We share your information only with parties necessary to fulfil your order, and only to the extent required:

• Freight forwarders and shipping lines — to book and transport your cargo.
• Third-party inspection and testing agencies (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) — to issue the COA and quality reports you request.
• Banks and financial institutions — to process L/C or T/T payments.
• Government and customs authorities — where required to issue export documents (Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, etc.).
• Professional advisers — where necessary for legal or accounting compliance.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry and transaction records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting, tax, and customs obligations under Vietnamese law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Cookies

Our website uses a small cookie to remember your selected language (English, 中文, or العربية) so pages display correctly on your next visit. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which products draw interest. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Third-party channels

When you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Our website links to our YouTube and Facebook pages and to our partner VietGo; those services have their own privacy policies that we do not control.
