1. Nature of the information on this site

This website presents our product range, indicative specifications, and reference prices for informational purposes for business (B2B) buyers. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to sell. Product photos, origin descriptions, and specification tables are representative; the exact grade, spec, and packing for your order are confirmed in writing during quotation.

2. Prices are indicative

All prices shown — including FOB and CIF ranges — are indicative reference ranges for budgeting only and are not a firm quotation. Both product prices and ocean freight rates change with harvest season, material cost, and carrier availability. A firm price is valid only when stated in a signed pro-forma invoice, typically valid for the period noted on that document.

3. Samples and specifications

Samples are provided so you can verify the exact grade before ordering. Natural agricultural products vary within the tolerances stated in each product's specification and COA. Commercial shipments are matched to the agreed spec and to the representative sample, within normal tolerances for size, colour, and moisture as applicable.

4. Quotations, orders, and contract formation

A binding contract is formed only when both of the following are complete:

• We issue a pro-forma invoice stating the product, grade, quantity, price, Incoterm, and payment terms; and
• You confirm it in writing and, where applicable, pay the agreed deposit or open the agreed L/C.

5. Payment and Incoterms

We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C at sight, as stated on each product page and confirmed in the pro-forma. We trade on Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR/CNF, EXW as offered). Bank charges, and any duties or taxes at the destination, are the buyer's responsibility unless the agreed Incoterm states otherwise.

6. Shipping and transit times

Transit times shown are estimates and may vary with carrier schedules, transhipment, weather, and port congestion. We are not liable for carrier delays once cargo is handed to the shipping line, or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, and government or customs action.

7. Certifications and documents

We provide the export documents and certificates listed for each product (e.g. Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, COA), and holder-of certifications such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and others where stated. Certificate validity dates are confirmed on request. It is the buyer's responsibility to advise us of any specific documentation required by the destination country before shipment.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, product descriptions, and images we own — is the property of VinaTrueExport and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our permission. Third-party names (e.g. certification bodies, ports, VietGo) belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party links and channels

This website links to external services including WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, and our partner VietGo. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on indicative information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the specific obligations set out in a signed sales contract, which governs the actual transaction.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute relating to a specific order is governed first by the signed sales contract or pro-forma for that order, including any arbitration or jurisdiction clause it contains.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its date are shown on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
